Nancy Ruiz-Antonini
CEO/PRESIDENT
Nancy Ruiz-Antonini is a graduate of Rowan University, where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and Spanish. In 2008, she was selected for the Camden City BOE/Rutgers University-Camden MPA Scholarship Program, wherein she earned a Master’s Degree in Public Administration: Educational Policy and Leadership, graduating with a 4.0 GPA (Summa Cum Laude) and was inducted into the Phi Alpha Alpha National Honor Society.

Nancy holds professional certifications in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She has 30 years of experience in urban education in public, charter, cyber, bilingual, and accelerated schools. She began her career at the Camden City Public School District for 16 years as a substitute teacher, Bilingual/General Education Teacher, and Special Areas Technology Literacy Teacher. She became an Administrator for the LEAP Academy University Charter School District, Camden, in 2010 and served in many positions throughout her tenure, including Supervisor, Technology Department, S.T.E.M. High School Principal, Upper Elementary/Middle School Principal, S.T.E.A.M. High School Principal and Director of Academics Affairs. Ms. Ruiz-Antonini joined the ASPIRA of PA network in 2016 as the principal for the ASPIRA Bilingual Cyber Charter School, serving students in grades Kindergarten to 12th. After 6 years, she transitioned to One Bright Ray High School, an
accelerated high school under the partnership of the School District of Philadelphia. In 2024, Nancy retired as a school administrator to open an educational consulting business, C2C Education Group, LLC.

Ms. Ruiz-Antonini has a proven record of implementing a productive, student-focused environment that maximizes teaching and learning and improves school culture while supporting the organization’s philosophy, mission, vision, and core values. Under her leadership, she supported a teaching and learning environment by continuously analyzing student data, extensive staff collaboration, professional training, curriculum and instructional programming, and sustainable interventions, resulting in overall school success. During her tenure as a transformational leader in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, her school communities succeeded academically in standardized assessments, local benchmark assessments, student achievement, enrollment, attendance, graduation rates, and career readiness. She promotes inclusivity and continuous school improvement and is a lifelong advocate for closing the achievement gap. Nancy is a visionary instructional leader committed to urban students in marginalized communities. Ms. Ruiz-Antonini is exceptionally proud of her school's success and the effective professional growth of the instructional teaching team and the non-teaching staff. The NJ DOE Commissioner of Education and the School District of Philadelphia have recognized and highlighted her success.

Nancy was born in Aguada, Puerto Rico, and raised in Camden, New Jersey. She is the proud mother of Brittany Natalie and enjoys her free time with their three lovable dogs, Milo, Bear, and Sombra. Nancy is a member of many organizations serving the communities of Camden and Philadelphia.

Vice President
Ellen Green's impact on education spans over three decades, distinguished by her unwavering
commitment to fostering academic excellence. As an Innovation Specialist, she harnesses cuttingedge
technology to enhance educational practices, ensuring that both teachers and students thrive in an evolving learning environment. Her expertise and innovative approach have made her a pivotal force in advancing educational methodologies across various settings.

Throughout her career, Mrs. Green has served in numerous influential roles, most notably as a School Improvement Turn-Around Specialist for the Pennsylvania Department of Education. In this capacity, she dedicated her efforts to bolstering academic achievement in the state’s lowest performing schools. Her strategic interventions and collaborative approach with educators and administrators have yielded significant improvements in student performance, illustrating her capacity to effect meaningful change in challenging environments.

In her role as Director of Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment, Mrs. Green demonstrated her leadership acumen by increasing the four-year graduation rate by over 30% at one of Philadelphia's largest high schools. This remarkable achievement underscores her ability to implement innovative curriculum strategies that engage students and promote academic success. Recognizing the importance of student engagement and trauma-informed education, she has emphasized these elements as key factors in sustaining positive academic outcomes.

Beyond her primary roles, Mrs. Green's extensive experience includes positions such as Principal, Professional Development Specialist, Instructional Coach, Curriculum Writer, Reading Specialist and Teacher. Each role has equipped her with a diverse toolkit of skills and perspectives that she leverages to enhance educational practices and support both teachers and students. Her comprehensive understanding of the educational landscape has enabled her to positively impact student achievement and overall school performance.

Her work has not only benefited the institutions she has been a part of but has also contributed to the broader educational community in Pennsylvania.
